Jacob Luken
Resource Conservationist jacob.luken@hamiltoncounty.in.gov Jacob has a bachelor’s degree in environmental management from Indiana University Bloomington. He has a professional certification in watershed management, a certificate in underwater resource management, and is training as a Certified Ecological Restorations Practitioner. David Bradway
Conservation Administrator david.bradway@hamiltoncounty.in.gov David has a bachelor's degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management focusing on water resources management with minors in Energy and German and a concentration in Chemistry from Ball State University. He holds multiple certifications including HAZWOPER 40-hour and Class 2, C Wastewater Operator’s Licenses, and a certificate in watershed management. David has worked extensively with municipal and industrial stormwater management and provides experience in grant writing, project management, volunteer coordination and organization management. Lynsey Johnston
Volunteer Coordinator lynsey.johnston@hamiltoncounty.in.gov Lynsey has a Permaculture Design Certification from Midwest Permaculture, is a Purdue Master Gardener and has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue. In 2018, she swapped heels for work gloves and began designing edible spaces for rural, suburban and urban communities and teaching people across the country how to grow healthy food in eco-friendly ways. Prior to following her passions for foodscape design and permaculture, Lynsey spent over 15 years in corporate human resources. Makayla Reel
